Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using teamsquared.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What We Provide

teamsquared.ai is an AI-powered workforce platform that helps businesses manage customer relationships, automate workflows, and streamline operations. We strive to keep the Service reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Your Account

To use the Service, you need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

Please let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your Data

You own your data. Any content, records, or information you enter into the Service remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your data. We access it only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you decide to leave, you may request an export of your data. We will provide it in a reasonable format within a reasonable timeframe.

Agent system prompts. AI agents on the platform may be powered by system prompts developed by teamsquared.ai coaches, partners, or other third parties. These prompts may contain proprietary methodologies, domain expertise, and intellectual property belonging to their original author. Ownership of a system prompt is retained by its author unless explicitly assigned in writing. Accordingly, data exports do not include agent system prompts unless ownership has been assigned to you. All other data associated with your account — including conversation history, records, and configuration — remains yours and is included in any export.

Acceptable Use

We trust our customers to use the Service responsibly. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam) or harass others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, but we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and give you an opportunity to correct the issue first.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with tasks such as drafting messages, summarizing information, and suggesting actions. AI-generated content is provided as a tool to support your work, not as a substitute for your own judgment. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is used in communications with your customers or in business decisions.

Payment & Billing

If you are on a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). We will provide reasonable notice before any price changes take effect. If payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period before suspending access.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by teamsquared.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes for the duration of your subscription.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (e.g., messaging platforms, payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, teamsquared.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep things running smoothly, we do not make warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold teamsquared.ai harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your access if you materially breach these terms, subject to reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as data ownership, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
